The descriptions of each category are remedial at best, and give no information that isnt relatively common.

A decent free app but being somebody who has a degree in psychology & works in the field, its pretty inaccurate in a number of spots. Despite its flaws. its an okay, go-to app to have for some basic info.
I was really excited to get this app but it only has 20 disorders. Im pretty sure there are more than just 20 illnesses in the world. So I am deleting mine, its a waste of space.
I am 10 years old and I have ADHD, I am also a girl. My mom did not get drunk when she had me. Why do kids get ADHD? , thats because a sperm translation error. This made fun of me and you because everyone has a mental problem and we can not stop it. THANK YOU for reading.... ;(
I have Aspergers and ADHD and he has the nerve to say I have a mental illness. It only lists three facts for each of those. Half of them arent true. This app made fun of me.
Schizophrenia can and often starts in early childhood. One of my big sisters has it so I should know. A lot of this is basic knowledge or just second hand stereotypes. This app was ridiculous and a waste of my time. I regret trying it out. Shouldve listened to the reviews. Makers of the app, I doubt you have a degree by the quality of this app.
I used to work for Mental Health. Its only shows like 20 of em. It shd be more than 20. Sadly ure lack of mentally to create this blows apps for every1 to read. No star!
My top ten games 1- angry birds 2- scre4m 3- zombies: the last stand 4- call of duty: world at war zombies 5- gun club 2 6- zombieville USA 2 7- age of zombies 8- touch zombies 9- zombie gunship 10- ac-130 air gunship
this is a good app, user friendly
You can get the exact same info off Google, Wikipedia,etc... Pointless.
Never knew I had a syndrome. The only thing you didnt have was dyslexia. Otherwise, Ill try not to be so scared of the flashbacks.
The literature is definitely not worded in. Clinical manner. It is worded for the general public and really is worded more at an elementary level. It is extremely basic information. For example, "bipolar disorder" only covered the symptoms commonly seen in bipolar I disorder. It did not mention hypo manic episodes that one may see in bipolar II; I found this troubling, as bipolar II disorder is the more common of the two. It also did not mention that those with bipolar I can experience psychotic episodes in while in a mania phase. That is just one example. It is definitely not an app for clinicians or psychology students. You will learn more in the first week of your first psychology class. But for free, you really cant expect anything better.
This app makes me more worried than I already was!
Its just a list of common mental illnesses/issues with simple explanations. You can just google for better info from a more trusted source.
But little to no info in this app. If you want some info your mediocre website will get you more info.
Im not a mental health worker... Yet. This might be good for those who are very unfamiliar with mental illness. I feel it can leave a false sense of understanding though as it seems to lump things together in general categories but also very specific. (PWI is very specific but childhood disorders is far from it). Has potential. Needs work.
This has almost no information and no way to find more. Worthless
Does not provide much information activities or interaction. Would be better off as a website.
Im disappointed that there are no discussions on here. There is also not much info about each condition.
